experienced real estate and mortgage professionals has substantial real
estate and mortgage investment holdings and over $450 million in assets
under management. Included in these assets under management are
approximately $300 million in commercial mortgage loans originated on
behalf of our investment clients. Founded in 1958, CMR operates from
its company-owned headquarters building in downtown San Francisco. (The
